3. Notre prix clefs en main
Le prix clefs en main selon le tarif ci-joint comprend en principe l‘ensemble des coûts de construction. Il couvre le bâtiment conformément au descriptif général ci-dessous, cave et installation de chantier comprises. Notre forfait comprend de nombreux extras, qui chez d‘autres ne sont disponibles que moyennant de substantiels suppléments - ou pas du tout.

Voici quelques exemples :

• Isolation thermique des façades: toujours 18 cm
• Triple verres isolants à protection anti-bruit, valeur ug 0.7 + 33 dB
• Spots halogène au plafond de l‘entrée, de la cuisine et de la salle de bain
• Chauffage écologique (pompe à chaleur, air et eau)
• Stores électriques dans l‘espace séjour salle à manger
• Cuisine de qualité suisse, avec plan de travail en granit

4. Nos services

Accords avec la commune, documents de planification, réception du terrain, élaboration et soumissions des documents pour le permis de construire, toutes demandes secondaires comprises. Etablissement des plans de réalisation globaux et détaillés, attribution des travaux, gestion du chantier et conseils en cours de construction ; règlement des payements, assurances et factures des artisans ainsi que le décompte final de la construction, l‘acceptation du bâtiment ainsi que sa remise au client, ce qui comprend les garanties et le règlement final.

3. Unser Pauschalpreis

Der Pauschalpreis gemäss Preisliste beinhaltet grundsätzlich die gesamten Gebäudekosten.
Diese umfassen das Gebäude gemäss dem nachstehenden, allgemeinen Baubeschrieb einschliesslich Keller und Baustelleninstallation (excl. Baunebenkosten). Unser Pauschalpreis umfasst viele Extras, die anderswo nur gegen massive Zuschläge oder gar nicht erhältlich sind.

3. Our all-in price «keys in hand»

In principle, the all-in price «keys in hand», according to the attached tarif, includes the whole of the cost of construction. It covers the whole building, in conformity with the general description, including the basement and the establishment of the building site.

Our contractual price includes various extras which others offer only as optional extras at the client's expense – or not at all...

here are some examples:

• Thermal insulation of the exterior walls: 18 cm thick
• Windows providng sound insulation at the 33 dB level
• Halogen spoltlights in the ceilings of the entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms
• Ecological heating (heat exchange pump 'air-to-water')
• Electric blinds in the living and dining rooms
• A Swiss quality kitchen with granite work surface

4. Our services

Included in our services are the following: cooperation with the local commune's requirements regarding land acquisition, preparation and submission of planning permission documents, as well as all secondary communal requirements; drawing up architect's plans, subcontracting the work, managing the building site and giving advice during the construction period; making payments to subcontractors, arranging insurance, preparing the client's final account, final building checks and hand-over to the client – all these aspects are included in the guarantee and the management process.
